When Can I Expect Delivery or Can I Pick it Up?

Inflatableland will deliver and set-up all the equipment that you have ordered – Customer Pickup is Prohibited. To ensure Prompt and Professional Delivery, an Inflatableland Staff Member will contact you, via Phone or Email, the night before your party or event to confirm your order, delivery address, and party or event times.

Prior to Picking-up any Equipment from an Inflatable, Amusement Company, Contact their Insurance Provider to ensure that their policy will cover this; chances are – Probably Not! Moreover, usually this type of equipment is in Poor Condition due to Mishandling, Improper Usage, cleaning and inspection.

What is Associated with the Cost of a Rental – What is a Fair Price?

The Inflatableland Management Team has studied the Market for Fair Rates associated with the Cost of Renting Amusement Equipment. By this, Inflatableland has discovered that there are many companies that offer Lower Rates and Survive Short Term by using unethical and unsafe Tactics (i.e., Cash Rentals, Unsanitary Equipment, Untrained Operators for Set-up, No Insurance, Late or Cancelled Deliveries). Please Use Caution.

Can I Book My Party or Event at a Park or Playground – What about Waterslides?

Inflatableland carries the required insurance mandated by the State of Louisiana and is approved to Set-up your equipment at any Park or Playground within the following parishes: Jefferson (EastBank), Orleans (EastBank), and St. Charles (East and WestBanks). Also, only the following Parks and Playgrounds will allow Waterslides on their property: Harahan Playground and St. Charles Parish Parks.

What type of Parties or Events does Inflatableland Service – Are you Licensed and Insured?

What Safety Features Can I Expect When Using an Inflatableland Product?

Inflatableland products are State of the Art and Feature the Best Technology Available. By this,
you can expect the following Safety Features on Every Unit:

• Child Entrance Ramp
• Surround Viewing Mesh-Net System (i.e., No More Large Nets where Children’s Fingers Get Tangled)
• Proper Stake and Tie-Down Systems
• Child Proof Blowers (i.e., Fully Encased Plastic Blower with No Sharp Edges or Openings)
• Shock Buster GCFI (Ground Fault) on every Electrical Line

What Deposit is Required?

Inflatableland accepts all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as Deposits for Equipment. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation prior to your event.

What are the Set-up Requirements associated with Renting Amusement Equipment?

Inflatableland’s Equipment requires 110 Volt Electrical Outlets (Three-Prong Insert) on a Dedicated Line and Hose Bibs with Adequate Pressure and Connections located within 100 feet of the set-up area. To further ensure proper set-up, Inflatableland requires a Clean Yard or Event Area, Free of any Debris, Branches, and Lawn Furniture, with a minimum width of 4 - 5 foot Clearance to Transport Equipment.

Inflatableland Staff Members are Prohibited from Setting up Equipment on or near the following:

• Distances within 5 Feet of any Fixed Structure or Pool
• Distances within 5 Feet of a Public Roadway
• Surfaces that contain Loose Soil (i.e., Dirt or Sand)
• Surfaces that contain Pebbles, Jagged Rocks, or Stone

How Soon In Advance Do I Need to Book My Party or Event?

Inflatableland’s unique products are in high demand. We recommend reserving your equipment at least 6–8 weeks
in advance, especially if you choose a Pick-A-Pack™ Program.

When may I Tip the Delivery Staff – Is it Required?

Tipping an Inflatableland Staff Member or Crew is optional, but Customary. Generally, Customers and Guest will Tip during the Set-up phase using the same Percentages associated with Dining (i.e., 15 – 30%). Please note: Inflatableland Staff and Crew Members primarily work weekends as a second source of income. All Tips are Sincerely Appreciated.

What Happens if it Rains – What is your Cancellation Policy?

The Inflatableland Management Team will monitor Weather throughout the Week and Study the Patterns associated with Precipitation or a Hazardous Front. However, it should be noted that Weather and the Chances for Rain are Predicted / Forecasted on a wide Range and Scale. Usually, a High Chance of Rain in one area may be a Great Day in another. By this, Inflatableland will only Cancel a Rental or Event under the following conditions:

• Federal, State, or Local Officials call for an evacuation (Voluntary / Mandatory)
• Winds in your area exceed 30 MPH (Miles Per Hour) prior to Set-up
• The Presence of Lightening or Hail during Set-up
